First of all, I want to apologize for the lack of updates. As you may know from our previous update, the COVID-19 outbreak is getting worse in Hong Kong and everything is getting locked down. I also fell very ill last week so I wasn’t able to do any work. I’m now feeling much better, but this has all been very overwhelming and tough mentally. I should’ve given more updates to let you all know about the situation, so again, I’m very sorry for that! However, I’m now feeling highly motivated to ship these tickers out. With that said, we will begin shipping starting tomorrow!

Fintic University (Or just video tutorials!)

Fintic University is now out on our website! Get a head start and attend Spring Semester now by watching our tutorial videos on how to operate the ticker! These videos are around 20 minutes long combined, and will teach you how to setup the ticker for the very first time, use the web control panel, arrange what to display and configure the settings of each individual feature. Please spend some time watching these videos to really learn how to properly use our tickers, some of these videos are extremely important!
