Mid Shipping Update!
Over 100 tickers shipped!
Since last Friday, we've shipped over 100 tickers! Your tracking numbers will be sent via email / inbox here on Kickstarter, so please keep an eye out for that! Aiming to ship the remaining tickers by end of this week. When you receive your tickers, please feel free to take some photos, videos and send them over to us! We'd be more than happy to repost on our Instagram account!
A Reminder from Fintic University
Please always click save when you are done configuring the settings of each feature! The web control panel ONLY saves the settings of whatever feature you have selected. You cannot change the settings of multiple features at once. Please save the settings, one by one.
After adding in your API key, the weather features won't work just yet. You'll have to restart your ticker, and add a new city after for the ticker to start pulling in weather data.
Live sports games are currently not available yet.
Available features for the professional display format - Stocks, crypto, forex, current weather, news (We'll work on implementing the remaining features into professional display).

Reported bugs
There were a few minor bugs discovered / reported by other users since the release update was pushed out. Please see the list below and their temporary fixes:
Crash to black - The ticker would crash to black randomly after a few hours of usage. This can easily be fixed by going on the web control panel, click "stop display", and click "start display" again.
Sports crash to black - When displaying 4 leagues total from "past sports games", + 4 leagues total from "upcoming sports games" together, the ticker would crash to black. To fix this, please display 5 or less leagues in both "upcoming sports games" and "past sports games" combined. Or you can choose to only display one of those features. Team stats is not affected.
Weather items rearrange on its own - Currently no fix for this. You'll have to readjust the order of the weather items on the web control panel.
After we're done shipping all units, we'll work on a post release update. We'll fix these bugs, and push new features out for y'all to enjoy! The Discord chat is also coming very soon. So that's all for now, have a nice rest of your week everyone!
